Founded in 1968, Ernie began E. Schmidt Construction Ltd. with his
father Len. From framing to finishing, “Hands on” was always a key
component to assuring quality workmanship was in every aspect of each
home.
After Len retired, Ernie’s son Kevin joined the family business full time in 1989. Having grown up on the jobsite, building was already a part of his life. Together, Ernie and Kevin continue the “Hands on” tradition of high quality homes that was started back in 1968.
Having built hundreds of homes in the Fraser Valley area Schmidt Construction understands what families are looking for in a home.
Ernie and Kevin take great pride in their work and are committed to building homes where families can truly “put down roots”.
